The Data Visualisation and Infographic five-day-long workshop for social circus project managers aims to provide participants with an accessible understanding of data visualization and infographic design and also some training in the process of creation. The focus of the training is to teach the basics of this discipline, helping participants to know what data are the best to collect in their circus projects, when to use different possible visualizations and data representations and how to tell stories they want to tell.

The workshop will also include collective research in finding ways how to „quantify“ social circus in order to present the results through numbers, percentage and scales to the general public, partner organisations, funders and decision makers.

The focus is on learning by doing, so don’t forget to bring your computers, creativity and will to play, both with data or without them!
